We ship via UPS, USPS & FedEx with tracking numbers to street addresses.
We can ship to PO Boxes, excluding Mesh Patio Pet Door Kit & Mesh Patio Pet Door Clear Panels.
We don't ship to APO, FPO, DPO for any items.
Orders are processed & dispatched at 10am Pacific Time (PT) Mon – Fri. Orders placed after 10am will be dispatched the next business day.
After dispatch, we are not responsible for, nor do we have any control over, possible delays made by the couriers.
