"Flap arrived promptly. I had some difficulty removing the door to properly install but prompt and helpful advice was received and it installed and working appropriately. The small set screws were a little difficult to position and tighten."
"The flap was slightly different than the original but the right size. I had to remove some the magnet plates from the old flap to put on the new flap because the new flap only had two and the old one had 4. I also had to drill holes at the top of flap to install as it was before. But it fit good after the alterations and I was happy because it is a very large flap that could not be found else where."
