"Flap arrived promptly. I had some difficulty removing the door to properly install but prompt and helpful advice was received and it installed and working appropriately. The small set screws were a little difficult to position and tighten."
With a little effort it works!
"The flap was slightly different than the original but the right size. I had to remove some the magnet plates from the old flap to put on the new flap because the new flap only had two and the old one had 4. I also had to drill holes at the top of flap to install as it was before. But it fit good after the alterations and I was happy because it is a very large flap that could not be found else where."

"Our replacement door came beautifully. Our doggy door is about 5 years old. We had issues with the flap staying in. So we put extra screws in to hold it as it kept falling out. the flap itself was perfect, our doggy door was the issue due to the age. Next time we will buy a whole new door."
