"Good quality, strong and sturdy. Easy to put together and install. Customer service was exceptional. Delivery took a week as I am in VIC. I have a RottiX and the large was a good fit just needed the bottom riser to increase height of stepover. Dog weighs 32KG. It only took a day before the dog was going in and out without hesitation. "I ordered the Small with one extension for an apartment sliding door with a height of 2+metres. Product came quickly with all the required parts. Instructions were clear enough. The Doot fit well and although I had some technical issues, Mitchell walked me through what to do throughout the process and gave me the reassurance I needed. Some bits are abit fiddly but overall, very happy with it!"
"The door was sent in a cardboard box and required some assembly. The separate pieces went together with little effort and was very smooth. After assembly, the door fitted very nicely into the grooves of the glass sliding door and next to the actual sliding. Overall, very fine product."
"I was talked into getting this by my wife’s friend, to be honest I wish I’d just gone to Bunnings and bought there’s. There is a huge gap at the top on the side of the the spring loaded top plate, I contacted Hakuna and got no satisfactory answer, I have subsequently found out that my wife’s friend had the same issue, I have had to make a piece to fit and make draught proof. . No I would not recommend unfortunately."
"It’s a pretty good solution for the price you pay. Easy to assemble and dissemble as required. Not sure how secure it is since there’s nothing locking it in place, I didn’t want to try exerting too much force. Would be good if the door is replaced with a more rigid transparent material so it closes properly."
"The door is easy to assemble - I like the spring loaded upper panel which forces a good tight fit in the upper track. Installation is also easy. I like the option of permanent installation using the provided screws, and the instructions are clear. The door frame has a robust feel to it. It's also very simple to make the existing sliding door lockable again by simply transferring the frame catch onto the dog door frame. I highly recommend this product."

I would have preferred to be able to add two bottom rises, but unfortunately, it only allows for one. The thickness of my door frame doesn’t fit the dog door very well but still achieves what is necessary."
