"Very disappointed!!!!~ The previous door of the same model lasted many years and was of sound structure. Typical of Australian companies who down grade the quality and strength, buying from China to save a few dollars and completely destroy their reputation. I am sick to death of this short sighted “profits above everything else” 3 year Garauntee will probably be very expensive for your business in the long run."
"I am on my third door as I have had to replace the entire dog door in order to get a replacement flap. the flap just doesn't hold with a medium dog (20kg) it falls out and the insulation comes off. The remainder of the door stays intact but really need replacement flaps available. Since the glass has been cut to fit this round door, I am having to keep replacing the entire door as I can not just remove the whole glass panel as it would cost a fortune. Can replacement flaps be sent out? I am on my third one and reeeally don't want to keep buying the whole door. The doh has broken the frame once but it is the flaps that are not strong enough (if locked) if a dog pushes it with their head. Then the whole flap breaks. Happy to send pics as I still have the last flap here."
"We have been through 2 of these doors within 3 months, for a cocker spaniel puppy. The design looks great on our glass door but unfortunately they have not been strong enough for our puppy. Now we are needing to purchase a different door. I wouldn’t recommend unless it was for a well trained dog or cat."
