"The first version of the door locking panel broke at the lock - this was entirely predictable due to the design. We continued to use the panel for a couple of days but our cat quickly learned to open it via the hole where the broken locking mechanism had been. Once we replaced it with the new locking panel it took our cat a few seconds to prise it open. As such the product is of no use to us and we'd like our money back please."
