"It was a bit tricky to begin with, instructions weren’t too clear but a few videos clarified my concerns. Overall the doggie door is pretty good and strong. Added an extra seal between the frame and doggie door to stop all wind coming in. I would recommend this product."
"This door has fabrication issues. No amount of pressure would close the gaps between the two halves. The latch addition wasn't functional for my door. 3 stars because I figured out ways to manage these problems and my pets can still use it, but I expected better for the price."

"I wouldn’t call it a premium product but it does the job and the dog has no problems using it. There is quite a lot of draft that comes in through the gaps on either side and we couldn’t figure out the locking mechanism to work with our particular door but being on an upper floor in an apartment building, this isn’t a major for us."
"I did find that the height measurement advised (plus 50mm) was still a bit less than in the specifications due to the PVC door not opening the full way which meant the small size door was 10mm too small for my dog. BUT the service support and attention to detail and care offered from the Hakuna customer support was outstanding - could not fault it at all!! The door is great and happy with the quality - the service in relation to reordering and refunding the prior door and returning left me really glad I went with this company. I have a RottiX and the large was a good fit just needed the bottom riser to increase height of stepover. Dog weighs 32KG. It only took a day before the dog was going in and out without hesitation. "The glass pet door only took 4 days from order to arruval. Very efficient delivery. My son installed it and had no trouble with it. It matches the sliding door colour. It is able to be locked so i feel much safer in my home. The dogs got used to it quite quickly . With the recent bad weather in Adelaide it was great in stopping wind and rain. I highly recommend this dog door"
