"Overall, pretty happy with my purchase. My door height was extra large so I had to buy three extensions. I would have preferred to be able to add two bottom rises, but unfortunately, it only allows for one. The thickness of my door frame doesn’t fit the dog door very well but still achieves what is necessary."
"This Hakuna pet door is exactly what our cats and pups needed. The flap is made of sturdy material, and overall build is solid quality. The instructions were super clear and the install was really easy. It works great, and looks and feels good (the matte black matches our interior design scheme). So I definitely recommend it."
"I wish the door magnet was a little stronger or perhaps the door should be a little heavier. Every time my cat uses it the draft was strong enough to keep it opened. Btw if your door needs to be 2. 5 m tall you definitely need two extension pieces, not just one as recommended by the website."

"The glass patio door has been a great addition to our home! We are house sitting for friends long term and didn’t want to have to install anything permanent particularly given they have beautiful big timber frames! The door feels so sturdy compared to previous brands I’ve used. The measuring guide is great and made install so simple. We have a strange setup where the flyscreen sits internally and the main door sits external so have rigged up our own internal locking mechanism to fix this solution, however in a standard set up I think the locking device option would work well."
"Was a good easy solution for our staffy, took no more than 20 minutes to install and after some treats to lure our dog through, he's using it a lot more now so gives nice access for our dog. Construction of it was easy and it is a good quality build."
"It's a good door, works as described. We have a non-standard larger door so need to purchase extra extensions and the supplied lock mechanism doesn't quite reach with our door lock but we're using workarounds and some extra weather seal. Obviously not aas seamless as I'd like but that's to be expected when it's not a custom made door. Thank you!"
"The small is the perfect size for our cat. We haven’t yet determined if it’s weather proof enough for a Canberra winter, but so far seems ok. It would be great if the pet door could be more adjustable so we don’t need to purchase multiple height extensions! Also there are silver knob/handles on the frame which should definitely be removed in future iterations - anyone with deep door grooves or with a fly screen on the inside of the door as opposed to outside will not be able to fit the pet door flush with their door frame because the knob is in the way."
"The door looks good buy was harder to install than I had expected. I needed someone who knew what the wete doing to line up the latches correctly. Ive also discovered that I bought the wrong size so will need to go through the whole pricess again with a larger door."
